Lead or Rumour info - abandoned hotel in chatam kent

my mate told me of an abandoned hotel somwhere near almond hill apparently next to a dentist
he told me its quite tall although i have never noticed it or heard of it before
it would be helpfull if anyone knows where and how to get in

One of my mates stumbled upon this place bu chance a couple months ago. Theres a decent view from the top but the inside is completely trashed. Im unsure about access now though.
