Yes one part is converted into housing, and there are a load of fancy new build apartments on the south side of the property too.

Honestly don't waste your time going. There is apparently a lot of work going on now, and that was a few months ago.

It's all sealed up with cameras and steel plates at every access point.
Went last weekend and it's secure.
