Thought I would never get this done with the new station entrance / exit been built,
wouldnt want too be seen by maintenance staff.
On a quiet morning with few staff and public been sparse,
got my chance too reach these arches which was well worth it.
Didnt venture too much in the water as the current was strong enough too carry me away,
the wide catchment seems too narrow as the water passes through the culvert this increases the current alot.

A network of brick arches beneath Leeds train station,
built during the mid 1860s by T E Harrison & Robert Hodgson using excess of 18 million bricks.
The Aire (Leeds principal waterway) passes through 4 spectacular brick arches each linked with cross section passages, spanned by a girder bridge
the remainder form part of Granary Wharf used for car parking and emergency escape routes.

Nice shots! Looks like you were able to explore quite a bit, despite the fast water!

the water wasn't as fast during summer but was still strong enough to almost take my feet, really good stuff
