Hello, i'm back again!
This time i'm going to tell You about one small, but nice bomb shelter under one of fabrics in Lviv, Ukraine.
This time less words, but more photos. Quality of photos may be not so great, because they were captured with a smartphone, my apologies.
Lets begin with main room for those, who must be covered here.
Here could be found a lot of soviet civil defense posters, as well, as propagative ones.
Some documentation of this place.
On next photo there is a sign with following text (in translation):
"SHELTER
of the 3rd class
Square - 356 m2
Capacity - 700(!) people (yeah, kind of 0.5 sq.m. by person)
Phone number - 387"
Nothing interesting in the headquarters.
But cool filtrating vent system
A looooot of personal protective equipment stored here for more than 40 years and still in usable condition... sometimes
Some lovely massive airtight and defensive doors.
And full working huge diesel generator to create electric current for the whole shelter.
That's it for now, hope You enjoyed this. Next post will be even more interesting and extreme
