I visited this building earlier today without any prior knowledge to the place being a garage, this was the first building I explored. I couldn't find any history on it at all apart from another report which I'll link here https://www.28dayslater.co.uk/threads/selsdon-garage-and-ballroom-surrey-july-2021.129508/
Getting in was a pain in the ass, being a short stack I couldn't use the conventional 'jump over the fence method' and had to be a bit more creative. Once inside the area I was immediately jumped by a good 5 or so pigeons, there were A LOT of pigeons and A LOT of bird shit when I went; Lots of bottles and cans were around the back too. Shrubbery is really thick along the side, bad idea going through that. Interesting place, would recommend to check out if you have the time.
