If you choose to walk down the access road in front of the cement plant you're just a bit silly tbh.

that is true which is why I didn't do it !! I had gone through the bushes and got caught last minute when looking around the front of the building

Was the water pipe still flooding it? I called the water board about it but there was dispute about who managed the water for the building as it was on the boarder,. So i gave up

No idea what state its in now tbh. We haven't been back since this visit. All I can suggest is going and having a look.

I will at some point, ive heard that it is pretty flooded and wrecked now
