This was my second attempt at this place. The first time was last June when on of the loacal rang old bill on me, I promptly thanked her for the warning and legged it passing 2 cop cars headed that way in the process.
This time I was more successful. This place has been done so I won't go into too much history as it is limited. Not sure when it was built but it closed as Charlesworth Dyeworks in 2004. Since then It has work under numerous names before closing completely in 2010.
