Visited with Archistalker for part of the time, solo the rest. We'll be taking masks for a return trip. You should too (tis a bit eye-stingy). Pics were a tad hurried for this reason.
As often happens, I was in the area to look at something completely different to what I ended up inside of. BUT, this wasn't a bad little mooch once I got past the initially knackered rooms I found some sweet features and oddments kicking around and plenty of wonderful dress-up opportunities. First bloke in one of the nurses outfits wins a cake!
I've been trying to piece together a story of what happened as, in places, it literally looks like staff have upped and fucked of in a heartbeat. I can't find details of why it closed. I do hope its not related to the eye-stingy badness
Abbey Glen have been providing a first class laundry and rental service to some of the most prestigious establishments for some 100 years. The customer list reads like a who's who of quality enterprises ranging from Institutional Public companies such as ICI to International Hotel Groups such as Le Meridien.
