Our experience

There was activity around the site, with various vehicles driving around, and it was clear from the outset that we were not going to have the place to ourselves. Once we got into the power station, this was immeasurable more evident. The second we entered we saw an orange coat wandering around below. It turned out he was part of a team of people working. For a brief period we were able to access the turbine hall.

I must say, this is one strange station. Everything is a little bit different to other stations - the general layout is strange for a start, and much of the machinery and processes are utilised in different ways. It makes it really interesting to see, making this one of my favs from recent years.
