History:
Ajeers was a reclamation yard based in East Sussex, it closed sometime around October 2016 and has been derelict ever since. It was a home improvement company.
Background information I found online:
As a long-standing, market-leading stone supplier and reclamation yard serving London and the South East. Ajeer Reclamation have extensive and ever changing exciting stock of all kinds of stone and paving, including five grades of reclaimed Yorkshire flagstone.

So after seeing a thread posted on this site back in December 2017 I thought I’d have a quick look on Google Maps and to my luck found it by typing in the business name. Obviously I saved it to my map on the intentions of if we was near we would explore it... this week we ended up being a 15 minute drive away from it so we decided to take a little drive up to it. If I say so myself I actually wasn’t disappointed at all with it, other than the vandalism but that’s about it. I knew what was there and explored the whole site. The access was simple. We just walked up the path and saw a clear opening onto the site and just walked down to it and we was in. The building used to be in good shape however now the place over the last two years has got many broken windows and some graffiti on the wall. I was quite surprised that all of the doors were open at the reception building. I found it very interesting how a lot of paperwork was scattered everywhere with stickers to. The stickers had the business name on it with the address. I liked the reception building as it reminded me of a miniature house which looks really cute on the outside. The upstairs was extremely hot so I literally spent no more than a minute up there... it was also infested with little spiders... there was a lot of materials that they would’ve sold here so I was quite surprised that they were still here. I found a diary that said 2014 on it yet it was empty... there was also a lot of pens with the business printed all over them. The back buildings were wood storage and a workshop. I found a lot of doors in it. In one of the buildings it seem to be lived in by a homeless person as there was pillows and a duvet thrown on the stairs and new soap in the soap dispenser of the bathroom with fresh toilet roll and a bin liner that smelt of poo and quite clearly had filthy toilet roll inside it.... somebody definitely lives or lived on this site at one point after its abandonment.... also I found a picture of what I believe is the site back in September of 1994!... nonetheless a really interesting explore. We was disturbed, A van drove up to the main gate and crashed into it and then drove off. Very odd.... for some apparent reason I took a lot of pictures so I’ve gone with the 30 that didn’t fail because of size :thumb
