If anyone from Darwen council gets to see these pictures you need to get a team down here to sort it out before India Mill collapses into the culvert.

I've not seen any reports from here before and after stooping for a bit I understand why.

Alum house brook is one of the tributaries which flows into the River Darwen

Reet near where I grew up. As a younger lad in me twenties often went mooching around there. Not been back to "Darren", for ages, is India Mill still there? Used to make paint as I recall? In the culvert further down near Sainsburys,there is an overflow/access from said supermarket, think it's a possible sewer connection, but not sure, or for drainage.

Good effort, this has been on my list for about 6 months and was off to pop down next time home. I haven't found any previous reports either :thumb
