I see the image is gone now!

I told them I wanted paying which obviously they were not willing to do so took it down which is fine by me. I know people will say why its not doing any harm blah blah etc... but my images are my lively hood and main source of income, I would rather people did not use them for their own financial gain, as they have advertising on their site and are a business owned by Emap I was not willing to allow them to use my image.

protip: the term 'illegal' refers only to criminal offences, not civil. Tresspass would be classified as 'unlawful'.
