Not so much of a report - it's more of a 'it can't be done', would love to be proved wrong though.
Thanks to Sixfingers for showing me this place, we gave it a go but were rumbled. The next day I took a different approach and got in really easy. At the ground level they was a boiler and some concrete steps (plus loads of stinking pigeons). The steps lead to the first floor, which was an airy light red brick space. Unfortunately the steps up were metal and been broken.
