Again journos hanging around this forum for their news, and broadcasting such "Reckless behaviour":crazy

What's the diffo, go climb a cliff and its sport, climb a chimney or building "Reckless daredevils feeding an obsession"

Go pot holing and get stuck...Sport...go draining..."thrill seeker"

Chuck your granny out of a plane with a parachute... having fun.

Get my drift, anyone got any other comparisons.

ROSPA dont get involved with the so called sports do they.

The only bit worth reading is the last paragraph which makes quite a change!

The Birmingham-based Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents said it did not want to draw attention to the issue while West Midlands Police said: “Trespass is a civil matter; this is not something we would comment on.”

RSPA are trying to hide it in case other people get the same idea. I love how the Police are almost like "We don't care". :D

The amount of exposure Urban Exploration gets now, it's amazing this isn't a household term.

Whoever commented to the papers is obviously not one of the people mentioned in the article.

Why is it always a "new" craze. I thought people had been doing this for years?

It is feared the ‘explorers’ could copy trespassers in other cities who have been pictured clinging on to cranes 400ft above the ground with no safety equipment.

God forbid :p

I love the RoSPA quote - what they're trying to say is "stop writing bloody articles about this!" :)

That last one makes me laugh. They'd fucking love the scoop if someone died

Bloody hell, there's an awful lot of prejudice towards us lot. Glad they actually included the quote from the "anonymous exporer" outlining the view that the places shouldn't become damaged. Usually newspapers skip over that bit.

They don't HAVE to report someone's death. They do it because they make money.

They want to close down websites in the name of safety? What a democratic and free society we live in eh?
