Theres not to much online about the site, it seemed to have closed in 2002, The hotel was modest with 17 en-suite rooms spread amongst the floors. There was a bar that's roof has now given in. The site is most likely set for demolition if a fire does not catch it first. Redevelopment plans having been suggested for over 10 years but seems there is some protest to its demolition which is why the building is still standing despite being not listed.

Stopped for a flying visit after passing this place on the way to the nearby ship inn for some grub, the place is a wrecked shell but hasn't ever received the light of day on here and its location makes the property at least slightly redeemable.
