The first of my reports from my explores on my journey across west europe (down to gibraltar and back)

History
The Burnay Palace was built between 1701 and 1734 by Vasco Cesar de Meneses. It was owned by Henrique Burnay, who became the 1st Count of Burnay.
In the 19th Century, the palace was rennovated, with further works done in the 1940's.
During this time it was the official summer residence of the Patriarchs of Lisbon.
It is unknown at what time the university of lisbon took over the building, and at what point they abandoned it.

Explore
Portugal news would have you suggest that this palace is very secure, however its actually quite insulting how wrong this is. The frontage is of coure all locked up, but once you've found your way into the gardens, the entiure building is open and accessible due to a serious amount of vandalism.
Going through the gardens of incredible variety, the building preseents everything from university lecture theatres, to substantial staircases, framework, details, views and everything inbetween.

This downright has to be the best explore i've ever done.

This explore also marks the first with the s24 ultra, so do appreciate the 200mp eyecandy in certain shots!
