A pointless far out one from the backlog catalogue;
enigmatic, mostly barren building right next to the People's square in an obscure former Soviet capital. Nothing known of its former life besides the sign.
Found all the way back in 2013 when exploring any old disused derp thing was quite the novelty, it's very big inside but 90% boring, except for the top floor which was a lovely sight (bottom picture).
Pretty sure it gets squatted during the summer, but minimal vandalism.
