Explored with Raddog.
Good one this was. After finding our first explore locked up, we headed over the fence to Central TV. It's very stripped out at the ground level, except for a few bits. We were in one of these dead ends full of rubbish, rooting around, when a couple of guys, we presume security, came in patrolling with a torch. We were so noisy. Every step in retreat to a darker place came with a give-away crunch-bang-thud. Not good. When they were some distance from us we legged it to a safer place, the stairwells downwards. It wasn't long before we heard them again, so down we went, to places we recognised from Johnnos report a while previous, and somewhere I wanted to be anyway.
It was a strange site. On one side you had shafts to the surface like this...
Walk out of a door next to where that picture was taken, and you're on the ground floor of a multi-storey car park.
After rummaging around the tunnels for a bit, we came across the air plant...
Some tunnel shots...
Then we found the substations...
More tunnels...
and the boilers, really in the depths of the building....
The boiler control panel, in the boiler control room...
Now more tunnels, and some lights...
hmmm interesting...
Fibreoptic cable you say ?...
Disappearing into a blocked tunnel you say ?...
