An old favourite.
Clock House Brickworks is a Site of Special Scientific Interest near Capel, Surrey, England. This site lies 600m east of the Auclaye SSSI which was also a former brickworks. Geologically, the site lies on wealden clays. It is a site for palentological and sedimentological research covering an area of 32.4 hectares. Similar strata are seen at Warnham.
So much stuff lying around. A pikey's wet dream...but so far only a little bit of Cu-filching seems to have gone on.
A nice way to spend a couple of hours, but be warned...its a clay swamp getting to the place...at least in this weather.
