History:
This textile mill was established somewhere at the begin of the 1900s. It was established next to an river with a strong current, this was chosen because you could generate a lot a electricity for not a lot of money. After it was opened it ran successfully for a lot of decades. At the end of the 70s this all changed though, this was due that the competition from outside Europe was just way cheaper and the old plant began to age. At the end of the 80s this plant was filled with out dated and old equipment, with this a big scandal was also discovered. This scandal was that the factory was pollution a lot of the area and made a massive area toxic. Because this was just to costly for the owner of the factory the plant was confiscated by the Italian government. Now after over 30 years of being forgotten this terrain has decayed quite a bit, but it hadn't been trashed luckily.

Visit:
This visit was truly one of my best locations I've visited so far, the terrain was huge and varied a lot in different buildings and rooms. There were sections like a power plant, medical bay, control room, car garage filled with classic cars and to top it off a completely intact villa. I really enjoyed exploring this place.
