This post is in good condition and contains lots of items
Some of the earthing is of a type normally associated with conducting lightning on tall buildings
Every piece of metalwork has earth bonding, creating a Faradays cage
pump pipe and ladder:
the only metal work that wasnt earthed was the bog!

Looks as though the post was set up to withstand a massive EMP,
