Report - derelict boatyard chichester april 2018

history,
not really found much on this tbh, old burns shipyard restored,built and sold boats. until they closed over an unpaid debt. a classic car restorer took over for a while before moving on.
arsonists struck in early 2015. 2 or 3 planning applications for appartments etc have been turned down so its sat derelict for the last 20 years.

It's still there, went there yesterday with a mate. It's completely fenced off but with a bit of a squeeze you can get in.
I know it's a late reply but just want to inform others who might be interested

Been now think it will be gone soon.... As they've cut all trees down around it.
