Fancied a walk somewhere other than the beach whilst on holiday so I headed up here. I didn't expect much (due to reports that it's been sealed with rubble) but it was a nice walk nonetheless.
The post opened in 1964 and closed in 1991, and is now filled entirely with rubble.
