Report - Enstone ROC Post, Oxfordshire - January 2017

Last reported by @TrevBish in 2012. Time for an update me thinks.

It was reported in 2012 as being very clean, dry and full of stuff. Sadly graffiti has now appeared in the post and a lot of the stuff seen in the 2012 report no longer present. Still one of the better ROC posts out there.

This was a very overgrown post and it took about 30 minutes of gardening to get in.

Date opened June 1959
Date closed September 1991

Nearby was a water reservoir. It would had been rude not to have a quick look...

Unfortunately the space inside was tiny

Nothing to do with the ROC post, it's about 500m away

Went back to check on this today after having a look in July... locked up, repainted & everything trimmed back. Looks like they’re fencing it up and persevering it.... also padlocked!
