This post is really quite sad a once lovely victorian building fallen in to ruin one half of it fallen down the other half about to .This place has been empty for over a decade ,the lead stolen of the roof has allowed the ingress of water to rot the floor and roof timbers making this explore a dangerous one !

some work had taken place to try and save the buildings but on the 3rd of April residents heard an almighty crash and the roof collapsed next pic how it looks today
not much to explore here ! the top building was still there and open but in a terrible mess
going down in to the basement now
the floors were completely rotten the carpet is still down above lulling you in to a false sense of security ! this is dangerous !

some of the roof timbers have completely rotted through only a question of time before this roof also collapses
moving outside i climbed in to the other basement
climbing in through the little door
the top building now in a very sorry state was glad to get out in one piece as the floors are very precarious to say the least ! cheers for viewing
