So from what I know of this place from what I have read on the Internet is this hotel has been closed for quite a while and most of the present building dates back to the 1800s but there are references to Helme Park dating back as far as 1340.
From what we discovered in the hotel there is alot of bills and information saying that where in serious money problems. (Maybe this is why they shut but I may be wrong)
There is a bit of damage from other people visiting smashed windows, radiator's ripped off the wall.
we come across all sorts that's just been left there even drinks and some off thing In a glass jar ?
From what I can see there is no security that work, there are cameras in the car park and signs on the widow's saying the police regularly visit the place.
