Heron Tower is currently the tallest skyscraper in the City of London and will measure 807ft once the 144ft spire has been constructed. I have been itching to do this for a long time and last night the time had come. We managed to get in and out without any issues and didn't see a soul all night, which was suprising for a weeknight, having heard about workers going late into the night. Eventually the rain and low cloud moved in but it couldn't take away from what was a great night. It felt good to look down on 100 MSX and i thought that was high! Hopefully in the near future i can be stood on top of The Shard or The Pinnacle and do the same looking down on Heron. When will it end!
