Those are some superb photos, especially #2 and the drone shot looking directly down. Fascinating looking building.

Thanks. I did spend my time with this one as I thought it would be my only chance but I ended up getting a few goes at it. The drone really brought out the shape to it.

Visited a few times from March onwards over the amazing summer we had with various people. Its totally stripped inside but the roof is the best bit over looking Manchester with a couple of beers watching the sunset. Managed a few drone shots before the beers took hold of me.

Brief History:- The Hollings building is a very iconic brutalist Grade II listed building up here in the North West, which is more commonly known as "The Toast Rack" because of its tapering shape that resembles a toast rack as you may have guessed. It was designed by architect Leonard Cecil Howitt and opened in 1960 as part of Manchester Polytechnic and then later became Manchester University until its closure in 2013.
