
Upon walking in I was amazed what good condition the building was in. The stunning grandeur of the fixtures and fittings were however misleading, and the damp and rot has taken it's toll since 1986. It is going to take a lot of work to make this building usable again, but it's state of preservation since a theatre makes it a good one to restore imo. The highlights were the floodlight box, "Prince Albert buffet suite" and fully stocked cellar C 1986. I very much hope that the building now has a future and can be preserved...
No externals, the outside looks more like a crappy mill than a theatre at the moment
