Crane next to construction of Students accomodation, causing quite a stir locally, it seems.

Had been scouting this one out for a bit, turned out fairly simple in the end - As it's just a crane, mostly pictures of the view, although a few of some interesting stuff along the way. Went up on new years, not sure if the pictures show, but being in the middle of the fireworks was truly amazing.

sign on the outside rated for 65m, which according to the kind voice of google is 213ft or so. Hard to get decent shots with the wind, and the eternal wobbling of the crane... did i mention they wobble? oh god they wobble.

Anyway... great view! enjoy!

the seemingly flimsy gratings covering the entire 200ft+ drop

fireworks over the horizon

view of the building in construction ( hard to get a decent shot in the dark)

hanging out near the cabin

finding the tallest point...

Do you feel any safer now? respect for crane drivers...
