2 minutes by car, or a 7 minute walk.

Its no where near Sefton Park.

Josephine Butler House was an older building converted for use as a care service. There were gardens to the rear and front, with a car availiable at the front of the building. The service was located in Liverpool near the Sefton Park area of Liverpool. Access to Sefton Park, Lark Lane, shops, pubs and public transport was a short five to ten minute walk.

It's been boarded up now and you cant get in it at all but its badly damaged in side probably

It got boarded up in early March, was doable for a good solid months till then, enjoyed sitting on the roof of this one

Enjoyed that report. My son lives in the flats next door on Alexandra Drive, and he has been plagued by smackheads getting in there, and he has had no fewer than 10 attempts to steal his motorcycle from the rear of the block of flats, even though it is chained up! The area has gone downhill rapidly since this place closed down - it's been a magnet for the uneducated and low life druggies.
