Here some info:
In july 1872 this child ‘s hospital opened. In those days there were 40 beds.
In 1953 it moved to another building: a former officer casino, which was already used as part of a department for infection diseases. From 1974, the children's clinic subdivided itself into different specialty departments. Specialties were general pediatrics and Hematology (later also Oncology), as well as the child neurology. In 1977 there was also a department for child psychiatry and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy.
In 2003 the larger part of the clinic moved once more. Nowadays there are 104 beds. In 2008 the departments for child psychiatry and youth psychiatry and psychotherapy moved out the building, which now is abandoned.
