[MAP][/MAP]This is my first post after introducing myself..I took these pictures back in 2012 and as far as im aware this place still stands. Here is a little background

Killingworth Stores comprises a former WW2 Ministry of
Defence depot, which was most recently used as NHS Central
Stores. The site extends to 15.79 hectares (39 acres), of
which 0.73 hectares (1.8 acres) was previously used as an
army cadet training area.
The developed former central stores area extends to 1.78 ha
(4.40 acres) and includes a large steel framed building with
brick infill elevations and corrugated asbestos roof. The
building has a gross internal area of 3,000 sq m (32,291 sq ft).
There are a number of ancillary buildings adjacent to larger
building and hard standing/circulation areas. This area has
been granted a Permitted Lawful Use Certificate for B8 use.
To the south of the former stores buildings there are 5
former ammunition bunkers of concrete construction. The
former Army Cadet area is located close to the entrance to
the site incorporating hard standing areas and secured by
perimeter fencing.
The remainder of the site is undeveloped and is subject to an
agricultural tenancy, governed by the Agricultural Holdings
Act (1986). This allows for termination of the tenancy under
specific circumstances.
