In May of 2012 Erik,Ray and I have visited this hospital

Born on 2 December 1951 in Wanne-Eickel (Ruhr), Dr. Alfonso Grabosch graduated from his study of medicine in Bochum and Essen. As an intern, he worked in the field of internal medicine, surgery and immunology before he approved in 1978.

From 1978 to 1982 he worked as a resident in surgery in Dortmund and Luenen. During this time he flew as an emergency doctor on the rescue helicopter "Christoph 8". Dr. Alfons Grabosch worked as an assistant and eventually as a senior physician from 1982 to 1983 in the Surgical Department of the Vincent's Hospital Datteln.

From 1984 - 1987, as a surgeon, Dr. Alfonso Grabosch was specializing to the field of plastic surgery at the University Hospital "Bergmannsheil Bochum". From September 1987 to December 1992 he worked as a senior consultant and deputy head physician of plastic surgery at the center for burn victims of the Urban Hospital in Berlin-Kreuzberg: During this time he took grafts for severely burned children with cultured own skin the first time in Germany.

Since 1993 he works in his own practice in Berlin-Mitte. In addition, he headed the "Plastic and Hand Surgery" by 1998 in Dominic's Hospital in Berlin-Hermsdorf. Since January 1999, Dr. Alfons Grabosch headed the same area at the Jewish Hospital in Berlin. Through numerous stays e.g. in the United States, Brazil, Israel and Scandinavia deepened Dr. Grabosch the knowledge of his field. As medical director of "Clinic at the Lake Summter Dr. Grabosch" in Hums in Berlin, he is now working since April 2000.
