Thanks to Virusman for reminding me about this place recently
Tunnel lover and myself found ourselves driving by here whilst out and about the other day and thought we'd check it out seeing as we were in the area.
I couldn't find any information readily available on the net about this site but i believe it closed around 2002 when there was a fire in the goods out area whilst owned by H.S. Kang&sons.
Pumps still insitu on he ground floor
Remains of a burnt out delivery truck in the loading bay
much of the pipework for sending the flour round the mill is still in place
entrance to the floor where flour was bagged up
i assume this was some sort of packaging machinery
One of many used bags left around
one of the upper floors
View from the top floor looking towards the city centre, and finally the roof...
