Most of you have already seen many reports come out of this place, but since I've figured out how to post pictures in half decent quality, i've decided to put my pictures up from the several visits I made towards the tale end of last year.

A brief bit of history anyway

Law Hospital provides acute and maternity services and is based near Carluke. It was built in 1939 as an emergency medical service hospital with an expected life span of 10-15 years. It was sited some distance from the residential population to avoid possible bomb damage during the war. The hospital is laid out in a military camp style which creates major functional problems between related hospital departments and can be difficult to reach by public transport for the population that it serves.

I really like the place, plan on taking a couple of return trips soon, even if it is quite wrecked in places.

Another Clinimatic, in the X-Ray department.
