Hello! I have lived near by london my whole life, i’ve always been up there every now and then and i am more than familiar with london as a whole. I used to go around abandoned places in my childhood with my best mate, we explored places like an old house that looked like it was taken straight from the 80s, some sort of old poker club that had thousands of playing cards scattered everywhere, we used to do this every other weekend for quite a while constantly going back to the same or new spots to hang out, our friends where the ones who knew of all these different places we used to go to, i didn’t have a bad experience to make me stop i ended up moving schools and never really got in touch with my exploring side, it’s now been almost 8 years since.

Me and my best friend are still in contact and have been speaking about finding places to explore for a few months now but never got around to going out and looking. I didn’t realise how much struggle we would have just looking for places.
Untill today where i did some research on reddit and found this site! i’ve been reading all sorts for the past hour now and it has really inspired me to get back out there.

I would be more than grateful for someone to PM me a few suggestions for places around anywhere in London, im also looking for a few people to join along on the ride aswell, i think it would be fun to meet new people who all want to go and do the same thing.

Hi, and welcome.
You'll probably struggle to get anyone to PM you with any locations, but this site is literally an encyclopedia of abandoned locations. Just stick an area into the search box and have a look through the results. The advanced search feature is great for narrowing down the results.

Welcome to 28, as mentioned above you’re unlikely to get anyone DMing you with locations, but 28dayslater.co.uk/search is a good place to start.

I’d also recommend checking out the Newbie Guide to get you started.

Welcome to the site! As Andy said people won’t give out locations openly as a newbie.

Have a read of the following link to help you get a feel of the site and how things work:

And have a read of this guide to help you posting a report should you wish to:

There’s tonnes out there, use the search box to your aid and you may even find something in your area!

I look forward to seeing some pictures and reports soon! Just shout if you have any questions!
