Been done before on here but not that often just my take on the place, i have been meaning to have a look here for years and decided its about time i went and had a proper look. Brief history here.......This six storey mill was built in the late 1800s and has had varied uses since closing as a textile mill. In 1961 the Plebeians Halifax Jazz Club rented space at the mill, other occupants included a joinery company, bath makers and in more recent years a packaging company.

During the 1980s the weaving sheds were demolished to make way for the nearby retail park and around the same time the chimney was truncated. By 1988 the mill was only partially occupied and in 2006 planning permission was granted to convert the building into apartments. I noticed a for sale sign when i went its on the market for just under half a million to be converted to flats. Anyway on with some pics.

As you can see a lot of the floor has been taken up making things a little tricky in places proceed with caution is the best advice in this place.
