Oh dear, the link that @westernsultan put up, sounded so promising too. Its getting dangerousNot a lot. The developer who bought it faced opposition to redevelop the site, retaining only a few bits. The locals lived this fanciful dream that the whole lot could be restored back to how it was back in the day. This was still 5+ years after the slate had gone. So in the end all attempts (not helped by the poor access road up to it) in getting planning failed.
Fast forward 10 or so years and the whole lot is falling in on itself and you'll not hear a peep from the local opposition group.
Looks like its really started falling in on itself last 12 months. Lots of roof collapses since I last was up there last summer.
