Minffordd Hospital is a small community hospital that closed in 2006. The hospital was built in the aftermath of the 1882 typhoid epidemic that accounted for 42 deaths around the Bangor area. The hospital had a number of isolation wards.
It’s currently offered for sale as a mixed use redevelopment opportunity.
