With an influx of English-speakers in Wales, it was necessary in 1904 to build an English chapel in Blaengarw. This was Mount Zion, built in the latest style, Gothic with Art Nouveau undertones.
Left in a sorry state this place and it looked like it would come down at any moment, not much left inside, thanks to dangerous dave for the tip off.
