History from wiki:
The Municipal Annex, Liverpool is next to the Municipal Buildings, Liverpool, the administrative head quarters of Liverpool City Council. It was built in 1883 to a design by F & G Holme as the base for the Conservative Club.

It was acquired by the City Council and housed the education department. It was sold in the late 90's. It is currently under redevelopment by Iliad group to form part of the Layla Hotel.

Ive had my eye on this one for quite a while now, but never been out on the right night to manage it. Word of warning to anyone who visits, make sure you recce it in the day first!
The rooftop was one of the best I've been on so far, with a 360 degree around Liverpool, all the major sites could be seen. Definately worth a visit if your in the area.
Theres plenty of things to climb on around the roof, so we spent quite a while up there, and regretably never visited the inside of the building.
Gave me a good chance to test out my new fisheye lens, even the stars were visible tonight, which can be seen in a few photos.
Visited with a non-forum friend.
