Not a major building but one of the few derelict places left near the central Newcastle Quayside now. A decade ago you could take your pick from all sorts of derelict warehouses, they're all now posh City Loft apartment flats. Wish I'd thought of photo'ing some of those places back then.
Anyhow this place seems to of been an electrical contractors' workshop and possible many other uses in its day. The open-legs pornographic calendar (not pictured) was dated 2005, but it seemed a lot older in there.
