My 3rd post visit and update
STATUS = OPEN but under approx 8" water
Above ground in fair condition with louvres in small and main vent present, but main vent slab/top and domed flange has been seperated and thrown on grass some 8ft away (see picture)
Seems this post hatch has been made in Gwynedd as per the lable and looks very new, except the phone number is pre 01 area code, it is also a very good replacement and possibly better than the originals, is even has the rubber seal in place,
Ladder in good condition and hatch access has all the white paint flaking.
Chemical toilet still in place
Monitoring room as said under water but the point is excellent condtion apart from that, no chav damage which i find strange being so close to housing estate and school.
I'm stood at bottom of hatch shaft on ladder rung number 1 and a can a 2.5ltr tin of paint for balance.
Warning wear gloves on all visits, i cut my finger when a rust flake came off ladder.
