Not the best post I've seen. Damp and rather soot-stained inside, with 3 beds - rather than the standard 2.
The hatch is badly damaged and doesn't close properly. I'll be back with a can of 3-in-1 to sort it later.
The post is situated on a live golf course which is under development. Previous explorers have enquired to the course owner about the post, and he seems to have no plans to demolish it.
