Lying in a barranco just nw of the village of El Rio is a lovely little explore..
Just follow the arrows...
The Presa (Dam) in all its glory..
Now that path looks interesting..
Troll and billy goats gruff spring to mind...
The concrete finishing is second to none..
In we go...
I think a candle would have been better than my head torch...
Inside there were loads of long corridors running the length of the dam joined by two very steep staircases..
Which bring you out of the higher door...
A quick climb up the dam..
Looking down at the dam..
And yes a nice little explore if you are in the area , also further up the barranco there is an old mine which is well worth a look...and a beautiful statue , I took a little video which I will try and add when I've sust out how
