This has been on my list for rather a long time, and it didn't disappoint. A superb 30's cinema which has undergone the usual 'tripleing' covering up various original features, the most notable of which was the large central "double" dome which at one time formed the ceiling of the main auditorium. Other features include former iron framed skylights, plasterwork and other forgotten rooms full of cinema related tat. It took a good few hours to get round the place, and it's always fun to have all the time in the world to wander round these vast buildings poking in every nook and cranny, you'll always find something if you look hard enough.
