I observed recently that international urbex forums are really poor on italian sites. Strange, plenty of people here explore abandoned places.
I want to contribute to let you know more about it.
This is a psychiatric Hospital, Emilia Romagna region. As many other places of this type it was closed during the Eighties because the law stop mental torture on those type of illness.
Shots were made last year. It's located near a beautiful royal palace. From the outside is not so interesting. Quite empty sometimes, some rubbish but same very nice places inside as well.
