its grat that its still there for now, to be honest i dont think its going anywhere as it will cost strawsons too much to demolish the rest of it. i thought i would finally post it as nobody was posting anything about it and i got tired at looking at everyone elses reports one too many times ;) loved your report.

Not a bad little explore this - I remember visiting while the London riots were in full swing in summer 2011. Looks exactly the same!

Very nice this fella, I was under the impression it had all been demolished too!

Might have a wander over, would love a pic of the Lightening on film!

Part of the Tech Area and all of the airfield is used by DST Leconfield and has its on entrance & driveway. Likewise the CTC has its own compound and is also home to a ATC Sqn. Rest has been sold off and development pending.

gladly they shouldnt be doing any development for a while as they havent got any planning permission and it will cost too much to remove trees and debri and demolition aswell. i got to origionaly go up with the company that own it as im in the progress of making a doccumentary about this place
