I'm gonna start by saying I am very new to exploring so bare with me . I'm also no photographer but I have grabbed what shots I can using a smart phone.

Anyway on with the report.

Upon arrival Nocton Hall itself greets you with its all its glory. The hall itself is an impressive grade 2 listed building, the original building dates back to 1530 but there have been at least 2 reconstructions. The latest of which was built in 1834.

Now the hall itself is difficult to gain access to from what I can tell although I did not check all the way round, there is steel fencing around the perimeter, anti climb paint on that, barb wire on top, more temporary fencing behind the steel fencing and from what I can tell its very overgrown now behind the fencing. I left the hall and quickly found access to Nocton Hospital itself.

The Hospital itself:

RAF Nocton Hospital had 740 beds when it was in use. It opened in 1947 and was in use until 1983 when the US Air force then used it up til 1995. Its stood derelict since.

Most of the site is very rundown now, many buildings ceilings and roofs are fallen or falling in, nature taking over in general but still a good site to see. Still a few things giving away it's previous life that are intact.

Didn't take many more photos as most areas where very rundown and my battery was low.

All in all a good day and a good explore
